GUIDELINES EFFECTIVE 06/02/2020.
- When you arrive for your scheduled appointment please wait patiently in your car and text your stylist or call Vintage Pearl Salon to let them know you are outside. Your stylist or receptionist will let you know when they are ready for you to come in. We will not have a waiting area at this time.
- MASKS ARE REQUIRED throughout your entire appointment. Please do not enter the salon without your mask on and proprerly covering your mouth and nose. Our entire staff will also be wearing a mask and will greet you at the door with theirs on. NO EXCEPTIONS!
- Please bring limited items with you into the salon. No outside food permitted at this time nor extra bags jackets etc. please leave them in your car until after your appointment. There will ONLY be water, coffee, and hot tea provided at this time.
-Before you enter the salon for your appointment you will have your temperature taken and asked a series of questions:
* have you traveled out of the country in the past 14 days?
* have you been in contact with anyone who has traveled out of the country in the past 14 days?
* have you had contact with anyone who has had symptoms of COVID-19 in the past 14 days?
* have you had a fever, cough, sore throat or any symptoms of COVID-19 in the past 14 days?
* are you or anyone in your household waiting for a pending result for COVID-19?
- If you answer yes to any of these questions we will need to ask you to reschedule your appointment for the safety of our stylists and other guests.
- There are hand sanitizers around the salon, before you sit down in your stylists chair please wash your hands or use the wall hand sanitizing units, your stylist will do the same.
- Please come ALONE to your appointment, no one will be allowed to wait for you in the salon or sit with you during your service.
- If your child has an appointment they MUST wear a mask throughout the entire appointment, NO EXCEPTIONS at this time. You may accompany your child to their appointment if they are 10 years old or younger, with your mask on, but we ask that if they are 10 or older that you bring them in and then wait outside or in your car for them. We will call you when they are done.
- If you are 65 or older or immunocompromised we ask that you use your best judgement when booking your appointment, your health is most important to us at Vintage Pearl Salon.
-Please do not remove your mask until you exit the salon and are outside.
-During these times we have had to add extra sanitation practices and costs. Pricing on some of our services will increase as of 06/02/2020. Thank you for your understanding.
THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS IF YOU DO NOT COMPLY WITH OUR NEW GUIDELINES WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO KEEP YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT! THANK YOU!!
CHECKING OUT AND REBOOKING
-Contact less payments are encouraged. Please ask your stylist which she has available. (Venmo, Paypal, ApplePay) but as always credit cards, cash, or checks are accepted.
-If you need product please let your stylist know and we will make a list for our receptionist. Until further notice only the receptionists are allowed to take product off the retail shelves. Our reception team will bag and get your checkout ticket ready for you to pay for your product while you process or after your appointment.
-Let your stylist know if you would like to book out your next appointment. We will do our best to get that done for you while you are processing in our chair, This will help limit the amount of time you are at the check out counter.
-PLEASE practice social distancing at the check out counter by staying 6 feet apart from the person in front of you.
