Here at Vintage Pearl Salon your appointments are very important to us, it is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully ask for a 48 hour cancellation notice. Client’s cancelling with less than a 48 hour notice from their scheduled appointment time will be required to pay a fee in order to continue booking service(s) at Vintage Pearl Salon.
Clients will be required to have a valid card on file & pay a $25/$50 booking fee depending on your service to reserve their appointment. The fee paid will go towards your service(s) on the day of your scheduled appointment. Depending on the service that is booked will depend on the booking fee amount charged. Refusal to have a card on file & not pay the booking fee will result in the appointment(s) not being booked.

Here at Vintage Pearl Salon Saturday appointments are high in demand, which means space is limited. We respectfully ask for a notice of 72 hours or more before your scheduled appointment time to either confirm, reschedule or cancel your Saturday appointment. Client’s who do not confirm their Saturday appointment within the 72 hour time frame, will result in having their Saturday appointment rescheduled without notice. Client’s cancelling or rescheduling with less than a 72 hour notice from their scheduled appointment time will be required to pay a fee in order to continue booking service(s) at Vintage Pearl Salon.
If you think you may be late for your scheduled appointment, please call the salon before your scheduled appointment time. We will call any late clients 10 minutes into their scheduled start time if the salon or your service provider has not been contacted & informed. Depending on your arrival time we may have to alter your appointment to fit the remaining time. If this happens you will still be responsible to pay for the FULL amount of the service(s) booked.
If you do not show for your scheduled appointment, without contacting the salon or your service provider to cancel before your scheduled appointment time, you will be subject to pay the FULL amount of the service(s) reserved in order to continue booking service(s) at Vintage Pearl Salon. You may also be asked to prepay a nonrefundable booking fee deposit for future appointments booked to reserve your appointment(s) if it has been a reoccurring issue. If you contact the salon or your service provider at the time of your scheduled appointment time to cancel it will still be considered a no show.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
All clients are required to fill out client forms and/or service waivers & have a valid card on file in order to book. This waiver is set in place to protect our staff and clients. Refusal to sign the forms and waivers will result in your service(s) not beginning until signed.
At Vintage Pearl Salon we welcome children of all ages. We ask that if they are under the age of 10 years old that their appointment is booked only on TUESDAY’S. Children are not permitted in the salon if they are not receiving a service for their own safety and for the experience of other guests in the salon. If a child under the age of 10 years old is brought to your scheduled appointment you may be asked to reschedule or make arrangements before your service can begin. Keep in mind that if that does occur we may have to alter your appointment to fit the remaining time & you will be subject to pay for the FULL amount of the service(s) booked. Exceptions upon approval for children under the age of 10 years old on any day can be made ONLY for UPSTYLES for weddings, competitions, quinceaneras, etc. NO exceptions will be made for haircuts or ear piercings services.
