Vintage Pearl salon Policies

Bookings

By booking an appointment with us, you are agreeing to all of our policies, agree to complete required forms and waivers, and agree to have a valid card on file to reserve your appointments. A one-time non-refundable and non-transferable booking fee is required at the time of booking for new clients only. This fee will be applied toward your appointment unless otherwise stated. Refusal to pay the required new client booking fee will result in the inability to book an appointment.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments are reserved especially for you. Cancellations or rescheduling for any reason with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in being charged 100% of the service fee. To make any changes to your appointment, please contact the salon directly at (831) 265-7554, by calling, leaving a voicemail, or emailing us at contact@vintagepearlsalon.com.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late to your appointment, your service may be adjusted to fit the remaining time. You will still be responsible for paying 100% of the original full service fee, as your appointment time was reserved exclusively for you. If you anticipate being late, please contact the salon directly before your appointment time at (831) 265-7554.

No Shows

Failure to show up for your scheduled appointment without notice will result in being charged 100% of the service fee. We reserve the right to charge for any appointment missed without notice in the event of a no-show. Repeated no-shows will require prepayment of a non-transferable and non-refundable deposit for all future appointments. 

Children In The Salon

For the safety and comfort of all clients, children under 10 may only be booked on Tuesdays. Children who are not receiving a service must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times in the waiting area. Bringing a child under 10 to your appointment will require rescheduling, and you will still be responsible for paying 100% of the original full service fee, as your appointment was reserved exclusively for you.

Refunds

All services, booking fees, deposits, retail products, gift cards, pre-paid treatments, etc. are non-refundable and all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any products once they have left the salon.


Curves & Vogue items may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 30 days with an original receipt and unused
