If your chain detaches at the welding site or within 2 weeks of your appointment we will re-weld the original chain at no cost. If the original chain is lost a new chain will need  to be purchased.

If your chain detaches 2 weeks after your appointment we can re-weld the original chain for a $25 fee. If the original chain is lost a new chain will need to be purchased.

Here are Vintage Pearl Salon we only offer permanent jewelry bracelets to children under the age of 10( Only on Tuesday's) due to safety reasons and the rapid growth changes that children undergo. Charms can be added to their bracelet for a $10+ fee. Children over the age of 10 can receive all permanent jewelry services on any day of the week.

If you have a surgery coming up we can schedule you a "removal of permanent jewelry" appointment before and after we can schedule a "re-weld (after 2 weeks of appointment with original jewelry)" to re-weld the jewelry  for a $25 fee. Please ensure to save your jewelry; if the original chain is lost, a new chain will need to be purchased.

Metals on average can last 15-30 years if taken care of properly. We will be offering sterling silver, gold plated, & gold-filled. Rose gold-filled will also be coming soon!

Use water with a gentle cleanser to wipe clean with a jewelry cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals, creams, or sunscreens.

Yes! You can wet your permanent jewelry. You can shower & swim as normal. You can clean your jewelry with water and a mild soap & then gently buff with  a jewelry cloth.

The jewelry can be easily removed by booking an appointment for "removal of permanent jewelry".
